We want you to love what you ordered from Colorful Wear. Because our products are made-to-order via Printful and Zendrop, our return policy reflects POD industry standards.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- We only accept returns for damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect items.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size selection errors, or unwanted gifts.
📌 All return claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Please email info@colorfulwear.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and its defect
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund if your claim is valid.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of POD and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged:
- Custom-printed apparel
- Personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Opened accessories like mugs, phone cases, or face masks
5. Order Not Received
- If your tracking link shows no delivery and the estimated time has passed:
- If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend or refund it.
