Where do you ship to and how long does it takes?
We proudly ship worldwide! Whether you’re in the U.S., Europe, or anywhere else, Colorful Wear brings joy to your doorstep.
It depends on your location and product type:
- USA: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
You’ll get a tracking number once your order item(s)!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $199 USD. Keep an eye out for limited-time shipping promos too!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it starts processing quickly. If you need to make changes, email us ASAP. We’ll do our best if it hasn’t gone into production.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Note: As many products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Don’t worry! Send us a photo at support@colorfulwear.com within 7 days, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
